I also loved Broadchurch (first and third series) and I'm really looking forward to the cinematography come next series.

how about "love and monsters"? this was the most horrendous episode and hardly featured the doctor and companion at all.

let me make an outrageous guess; Gallifrey

"not the bees! aaaaaaaahhhhhhh"

I actually thought the same, after this one robot was killed the rest learned about death and grief since they're all connected anyway. but nope, if was a "have you tried to turn it off and on again?" situation which is literally the first thing every bored IT person ever will ask you.

can't we just watch and enjoy the show and see how it'll turn out? we're only two episodes in so the whole of time and space can still happen.

we also saw her test results on topics like quantum physics and she got top marks in all of them. thus she clearly has book smarts as well as a good sense of common sense. I really can not see why someone would think of her as not bright.

it's been so long but I still miss Tennant. now don't get me wrong, all of new Who doctors/actors did a splendid job but I simply loved Tennant's interpretation most. to quote HP: after all this time? always.

while I completely agree with the "overstayed her welcome" part I do think Martha and Donna could have come back for one season more. Both really weren't around enough but at least Martha made it into specials so there's that. That being said, I'd be interesting to see how Bill reacts to a regenerated doctor, how she

couldn't have said it better, Bill makes for a great companion! She's smart and full of wonder, taking in new worlds without judging. Of course this series only just started so we don't really know in which direction her character will go but I'm very hopeful. The review also said it nicely, she's a layered character

the mystery and main plot of this episode were weak but the character interactions and especially Bill were making more than up for it.

good points and I agree to this but shouldn't the doctor and the amazing experience that is time travel also been acknowledged as such?

doesn't it all boil down to personal preferences, though? what works for some viewers will not work for others. I know Amy and River Song are very popular characters but the more they appeared on-screen the more I disliked them. Nah, I simply could not stand their personalities any longer and was so glad they were

series three is currently airing and it's fantastic! moreover you can pretend series two didn't happen at all and the events in series three are happening a while after series one.

don't you mean "fake news"? *insert obnoxious eyeroll*

didn't eleven spend 900 years in "Christmas"? I think when you're as old as him a few decades don't really matter, his sense of time is very different indeed.

I only hope the reveal won't be as disappointing as the pandorica who ended up being a prison cell for the doctor (but was then used for Amy's beauty sleep).

if only James Corden could make another appearances as Craig, if only…..

a promise to himself when he settled down as a professor? or, of course, to the mysterious void in his memories which was previously, and unknown to him now, filled by Clara.

I think the doctor didn't want to get so emotionally attached to someone again so in order to keep Bill away and safe for both their sake he tried to take away her memory. But in the end his kindness took over and instead of pushing Bill away he decided to start traveling again, to be "The Doctor" again.
