I'm just glad Margaret isn't alive to see that.

What the hell? There was a new one on last night? They're burning through these episodes like they just want it to be over with. Fuck, my pessimistic self thinks that's not a good sign. This is the best new comedy of the season (and yes, that includes The Good Place). I hope they can do this for at least another year.

I'm sure I'm reading into things but he once hinted at some difficulties when describing his relationship with Heaton. Something with her being a 'staunch Republican'. Don't know what he meant by that, but boy would I love him doing a cameo on The Middle.

They decided to quit reviewing quite a number of things this year. Including Bsskets half way into its second season. And then picked it up again for the finale. Go figure.

Is that the same Todd with the stupid baby from Community?

I don't know. He seems to be an out-going character, genuinly fan-friendly. And it always seemed like he respected the hell out of his co-stars. I think he lives somewhere in New Orleans. Not sure about that, but if true I'd say it's understandable that at 75 he's not willing to fly to LA once a week to record

You know, Shearer almost did quit two years ago. They got him back, eventually. But fuck, they could have just stopped production right then and there before trying to re-cast 20+ characters AT ONCE. The fact that they could hold on to the main cast for almost 30 years is what made the show at least consistent in

Oh, you mean the 'I'm gonna hold in that sneeze'-face?

Why does Elizabeth Marvel always have that specific look on her face? Like someone just gave her a shot of booze without telling her what was in it and as soon as it was in her mouth she realized she wanted to puke it out again but couldn't because manners?

They do that alle the time. It's three episodes watched for review, so the whole season gets like a C (yeah, I'm refering to how unfairly Bloodline was treated that way last season). It's nonsense, yep, but it is what is is, I guess.

I'm rather surprised how well this show is received here. I watched a bunch of the first episodes that aired and really didn't much care for them. I was rather glad, also, not to have another show on my plate. Though now I'm considering giving it another shot?

I also don't remember Cuse ever going public to defend himself or the show. Lindelof was much more vocal in that regard, which may have been why he's become the main target to all those butt-hurt whiners.

I watched the season seven finale last night. Without a doubt one of the worst episodes I've seen all year. Dumb twists, horrible editing and/or directing, even worse dialogue. And then they didn't even kill off the clown that stands in for the big bad guy this season.

I know it must be frustrating but c'mon, you can't deny them the klicks they get for their WD-reviews. It's a crap show but at least it's a widely watched crap show.

My understanding about the making of WWZ was that he came in last minute, when most of the movie was already shot, and was tasked with rewriting the ending since the original one apparently didn't work. It sounded like the world's most thankless job. But instead of shitting over JMS (who wrote the original draft) or

Yeah. Like anyone actually wanted Al to become a loving, caring husband and father. Him being an asshole was the whole point. There's absolutely no reason that everything needs to be a journey of self-discovery or some shit. Sometimes it's okay if it's just funny.

Pay attention. Think about what you're about to write. Then comment. It's really not that hard.

And also, why's nobody giving Carlton Cuse any shit? Like, ever? You never hear the phrase 'Cuse's ruined that Strain franchise'.

And now that you've got this off your chest could you, I don't know, just get the fuck over it, alreaday?

Also borderline illegal. I know The Mick got a lot of shit a couple weeks ago because they had the kid who plays Ben on the show wear some sort of lockjaw and people, who hadn't seen the actual show, only still images, thought it was a sex toy.
