Sowande wasn't really punching, he was doing pressure point jabs that don't care how tough you are (which someone alluded to earlier in the series).

Caught it yesterday and loved it, the whole thing was about 200% targeted at me.
Put me in the camp for wishing this had another half-dozen episodes or so, after the cliffhanger last week, they barely had time to let the fallout register before steamrolling through the process of sorting out the rest of the plot threads. I just about died laughing at that, that was perfect.
What about the spray tan sessions? How does he duck out of/avoid awkward questions about that?
Oh good, I'm not the only one catching EBR vibes off of her.
Yeah, Chase mentioned her in that capacity as he was telling everyone off.
I'm still not quite onboard with him as a new boyfriend, but that was still the BEST! DATE! EVER!
Natalie's captors is a good pick, though I'm a little wary of that because Ravi's office was the only place that got "turned" looking for it. I'll throw an extra speculation in though, that Natalie's captors are behind the developments in Peyton's plot.
Ravi's conversation with Peyton seemed to imply that the brains may need a long soak to generate the effect (I think he said the dominatrix's brain was in there for 10 days?), so I don't think that would have been done with this week's brain.
We occasionally "Use your words" my brother, so I got an extra good laugh out of that one.
I was near to yelling at my TV for them to do this, I mean, COME ON.
I'm so glad I'm not the only one whose mind went to S.W.O.R.D. as soon as we saw that he was in space. Bring on Brand!
A Miracle Max nod popping up while they're doing something with the cure would be AMAZING.
Yep, this. Dunno if he knows about Don E's new venture yet, but even if he doesn't, he's still canny enough to chase those premium dollars.
Yeah, I'm guessing that was Blaine's reaction to hearing about it too, and why he's cooking up his own batch now that he's got the shopping list
I'm no longer ashamed to have been born on the same day as him, that monologue was outstanding.
Someone from Team Flash really needs to tell Team Arrow that Cisco can teleport now.
Yep, he's AK Fortesan and has made a few appearances (most notably he's the one riding Major's ass through his basic training)
