I assumed, based on the movie. But no one would refer to me as a cooler at the bar. Once you say you're the cooler everyone wants to be the cooler. And I'd have felt bad tearing all their throats out (and I'd have to work all the shifts).

Wasn't Swayze's official title "Cooler". Which I always assumed was a synonym for super-bouncer.

I still liked it better than Prometheus, but I don't hate Prometheus either. For me it's a matter of degrees.

Watched Covenant. Better than Prometheus, had some pacing issues, but overall not bad.

I'd like to say it was cleverness on my part. But it was so over the top that "it was impossible not to see" is the only accurate way to describe it.

Is 5 the one where the "we're a family" subtext was changed to the thing that needed to be loudly announced all the time? I assume because subtext sometimes is just too subtle.

Any movie that can make you care about the fate of Wierzbowski clearly did something right. But I can't say Aliens is flawless, after the big fight in ops it kind of fizzles out for me.
