I hate Sergio Leone's Once Upon A Time In America. All the fine acting and fancy direction in the world can't disguise the fact that all the main characters are scum, and that their story isn't worth telling.

Weirdly, watching the new series has make me anticipate Winds of Winter even more. I thought it'd have the opposite effect, but with each new episode the show goes further and further down avenues the books can't possibly take.
