holy hell Stjepan Sejic is the best new artist I've seen in years. Gorgeous work. Anyone see the Harly Quinn story he published on his own site recently? Terrific work too.

is it ok to want to ignore both of these awful people because they're, y'know, awful people?
totally agree - I hate generic titles. Even "Detroit 67" would've been better.
is he a cyborg? I just thought he was super smart and murdery.
I actually came here to ask about the poster: it has a very 80's Drew Struzan vibe, does that have anything to do with the (seemingly bonkers) plot?
and show tunes. So many show tunes…
I hope my granny doesn't walk in there by mistake when she's looking for a Coronation sandwich.

oh totally - Tony's not a bad-looking dude, and it's his first movie, so he has some naive charm but if he looked half as charismatic when he's just reading a line as he does when he's smacking down a guy, we'd have had a new star. But then I don't get how Chow Yun-Fat or Michelle Yeoh didn't become huge deals after…

I do. I think about Tony taking down that dude in the underground fight with one knee to the face and it makes me smile all day.
"…Dani Moonstar, the beloved New Mutant who lost her mutant powers, but currently has superhuman abilities because she’s an Asgardian Valkyrie (superhero comics are so weird)."
I gave up on Tarantino after Kill Bill. Actually, I gave up on Tarantino when I saw the first trailer for Kill Bill. Went to see Ong-Bak instead.
I stand by my decision.
