that's a nice idea but I didn't get that at all, nor did the bunch that I saw the movie with. Not saying it wasn't there, but perhaps a better script and director would have made the point clearer.
And perhaps not distracted us with a big cgi fireworks finale. Seriously, when are they going to give up on that trope…
