Apparently she was cancelled so thoroughly by the events of 2016 that I never even heard about the cancellation, despite constantly seeing news about Swift everywhere all the time whether I wanted to or not.

The genius with Archie was having him not always be wrong, and his daughter and son in-law sometimes demonstrate themselves to be naive about the world.  Like with the Jeffersons, give the audience complex characters with depth and people will watch.  A lesson too many producers and directors today could learn instead…
