There was no where for it to go but where it went. And anyone who thought there was going to be explosions, Australian scenes, cave people, a flood, mass departures or answers to the many many many questions that were raised were just delusional. The show didn't have the budget for that. And besides, this is Lindelof.

I wanted the show to explore the world of the cults in the aftermath of such an event and the government's response to them. But instead it devolved into an idiotic soap opera. And the reason the writers didn't "take the chance" is that they (he) are just not capable of it. Or they would have. Instead, they gave us

Purposely omitting or withholding information / plot points so that everything is vague and confusing is not art. It's not talent. It's just lazy.

"Just when I'm out they check me back in!" — Kevin Garvey. This show could really do with a laugh track.

Now that's funny..

Almost like he was happily reunited with all those wonderful people from the island…oh shit. Wrong show.

It's pointless.

The emperor has no clothes. It's as simple as that.

Understood. However, I think it's pretty clear that using words like poof, vanished and disappeared that she (lindelof) was trying to convey that they indeed departed. If fact, that's the way Kevin (and 99% of the audience)took it. If she meant to say what really happened, you use words like "fled" "ran away" or

No. When Meg joined the GR in SEASON 1 she left her boyfriend to be with them. It also showed in SEASON 1 that he wants nothing to do with her after that. So how could they be together in Jarden after this? Plus she joined 3 yrs after the worldwide departure. They were in Jarden together 2 yrs after the departure.

That's because the reviewer doesn't pay enough attention. Meg and her boyfriend were in Jarden before she joined the GR. This is also made clear in the 1st season.

Yep, right from the get-go, this season was just one dumb decision after another by the characters. Especially Rick. I've been saying this since Ep. 1 and that letting the zombies free was a plot gimmick drummed up by the writers to a) create a wild horde of unstoppable 'zombies at the gates' and b) splinter the group

They are willing participants, not prisoners, whose motivations for joining was made very clear.

And as a ghost she's a lying idiot. She told Kevin the girls departed (vanished, poof, gone) for no apparent reason.

That would be Rick.

My baby sister could have made that shot.

Rick's 'so-called plan' was idiotic.

Correct. That's what I meant meant by "ringtone went off". Calls / texts / VM etc..

Doesn't upset me. This is the comments section. Not the circle jerk section. All opinions should be welcome.

Which phone would that be? The one she intentionally left behind in the car or the other one she took with her?
