No. When Meg joined the GR in SEASON 1 she left her boyfriend to be with them. It also showed in SEASON 1 that he wants nothing to do with her after that. So how could they be together in Jarden after this? Plus she joined 3 yrs after the worldwide departure. They were in Jarden together 2 yrs after the departure.…

That's because the reviewer doesn't pay enough attention. Meg and her boyfriend were in Jarden before she joined the GR. This is also made clear in the 1st season.
