I wonder if there are people that do a "classic rock" version of wizard rock, or if that's all informed largely by modern pop rock sensibilities.

I'm not sure you can critique him too heavily for needless off-screen deaths in the finale, since half of the cast of named characters die in the Battle of Hogwarts off screen in the books, too. He was just continuing the nonsense that Rowling starting in an attempt to ensure that we understood that the "happy ending"

As if we didn't all need to take a shower already.

He said Tarantino, not Kevin Smith.

By the time she got killeded, I thought Katie Cassidy had gotten a lot better as Laurel and as Black Canary, and I thought she was super awesome as Black Siren. Apparently she has a similar multi-show-guest-starring deal as Barrowman and Miller, so I'm eager for her to start popping up on the various shows.

It's more than he doesn't "get" Potter, he doesn't "get" making a good movie.

I want to wish there is a good way to adapt "The Killing Joke," because it's a haunting comic and so iconic, but I'm definitely not convinced it'll ever happen, especially after the disaster that was the recent animated version.

That's only domestic, right? I thought it was well north 700 internationally.

I'm going to assume that the people in charge of the DCEU are stupid enough that they're going to make Harley into one of the Birds of Prey and completely miss the entire point of both making a Birds of Prey movie and making a Harley movie, in the same way that they made everyone in Suicide Squad essentially good

In a bizarre twist: that guy is a large rain forest.

The only thing that gives me some hope about this is the simple fact of the recently released news that Tesla's profits were more than the entire American oil industry combined last year.

They're civets, thank you very much. And poop coffee is delicious.

Uh…….what?

Since I don't have a better place to make this comment, I really loved your characterization of Doctor Strange as Grey's meets Harry Potter. The first chunk of the movie felt so intensely like a Grey's episode. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

So….is there any solid news about Rip's storyline this season? Is he gone for good? Darvill is listed to appear in every episode this season but clearly that hasn't been the case. I'm a little confused what the plan is, and am curious if there's any solid info out there about it.

I finally got around to finishing season 1 of The Magicians and I have literally no clue where that story is going at this point. They've played so fast and loose with Julia's arc anyway, but what they did with her in the finale and how it ended was just bizarre. I mean, I get cliffhanger endings and all, but yeesh.

Why can't pony butts unite us in universal bliss? I thought that's what you wanted.
