Walking Dead comes on at 7:00 PM my time and includes all those words and more, on AMC, the same type of cable station as History Channel.

I still have not received any verification that the blu ray has the uncut versions.

In fact, I like her LESS. Lagertha too, I'm sorry to say. Blatant manipulation. Doesn't work.

I'm just cranky because of the cut scenes.

Actually from what I've heard there is far more than implied sex being cut. There are also scenes being cut that have nothing to do with sex and everything to do with motivation and PLOT.

And I think I saw the writer saying in an interview that "we were all going to like Aslaug now." Yeah, you know what?

Apparently the writers will do ANYTHING to make Aslaug "likeable." Even put Lagertha in bed with her. Not that I know this, it's all second hand, since I also saw the US version.

Pffft. It went on way too long.

No I can't explain and you're not ignorant, you probably just live in the US. I can only say that I keep hearing about all these cut scenes that are part of the show Vikings in the rest of the world, but we in the US are not allowed to see said scenes. It also makes my teeth grind when they bleep out words like shit…

Ditto with the Athelstan-Ragnar praying scene. That could have gone.

I will happily watch this show again if they decide to quit cutting out scenes which change the meaning-events, or make the uncut versions available somehow. Until then, finding out after watching that what I saw is different than what aired in other countries and people in the show were doing things and saying things…

Yes I was reading through this thinking, hmmm, 120 lb Katheryn Winnick could probably have Mr. Haywood on his butt in about 10 seconds, shield or no shield.

I did buy the dvd set and the cut scenes are not there.

I don't mind her either. Guess I'm just buying into all the grrrl power. Makes a nice change. She wants what she wants and isn't bothering to hide behind what's expected. Not sure she's truly just horny though. There's pain in there.

Maybe someone who owns the blu ray can verify it. That would be great.
