I was thinking the same thing. Isis is a runner up to Interpol? They mention Mastodon when talking about Isis but give "M" to M83? I listen to both Interpol and M83 but to me, they are not the greatest rock bands.

I love that Converge was included on this list. I remember going into Extreme Noise in Minneapolis an buying Jane Doe and the clerk told me the album was something special and boy was he right.
A little bummed that Isis was a runner up. I don't think Isis put out a bad album whereas Interpol is just kinda meh…

To this day this is one of my favorite musicals. My mom had the original studio recording on tape and she would listen to it all the time. I've owned a few different recordings over the years and for me, the original studio recording is still my favorite. Murray Head is probably my favorite Judas.

Cohen's writing and Nina Simone's performance..just amazing. I was introduced to Nina Simone and this song thanks to a former roommate of mine. I became a fan as soon as I heard that amazing voice coming out of the speaker.

After last week's awesomeness, this week's episode was a dissapointment. Weakest episode of the series. I think AV Club is generous in giving it a B-.

I love Scarlet's Walk. It is one of my favorite Tori albums and I think one of the great post 9/11 albums.

There are only a couple tracks on that album that don't work for me - Heart of Gold and Happiness is A Warm Gun.
