My favorite Milian roles are the ones he did for Lenzi, where he played criminal scuzzballs in films such as Rome Armed to the Teeth (where he plays a hunchbacked drug dealer) and Almost Human where he played a non hunchback criminal. Both are classic Italian genre fare.
