I have a feeling Hook isn't really the "antagonist". I think that he's trying to snuff out the darkness forever…or something like that. I think this is all a big fake out.

Entitlement is the perfect word to describe his mental state - he just feels like he's entitled to this perfect family, everything else (like the other person's lack of feelings) be dammed. I don't feel like Rafael is the villain; as much crap as I give him, I think he's just a spoiled rich kid who grew up around

I know! When Jane was like "I'm officially done with Petra", I'm thinking "no you're not! You know you can't stay away!"

I just saw this brilliant theory that the new babysitter is Mutter. The age is right, it would explain why Jane suddenly needs a babysitter despite abuela/xo not needing help for the last 6 months, and it would be more shocking than a random person being mutter.

Are Jane the virgin, Izombie, and crazy ex-girlfriend the "three great shows"?

That made me way happier than it should have.

I agree. I just think that's what the show was foreshadowing with having the doctor ask "do twins run in the family" (even though there isn't a genetic link between identical twins).

I don't agree - you still have free will, as can be seen by the fact that many people choose not to partake in Black Friday.

I'm curious about #2 too! The writers did say that Jane would casually date after Michael and Rafael, but can you casually date your hot professor/advisor? I don't know. He's SO hot though, it's very distracting.

Except I feel like Petra's twins are going to end up being Zaz's :(

I think the difference is that Jane made an innocent mistake and apologized profusely for it immediately afterwards. Rafael's mistakes was premeditated and deliberate; he then chose to lie about it and go to great lengths to hide it for 6 months. It's two very different things, IMO.

Yeah…but no one's forcing people to go.

I love her too. "Where should I start [about Rose]? I guess with the way she made love". I love that there's a LGBT character on the show who's allowed to be super sexual.

That also means Luisa's mother is the one who ordered her kidnapping and allowed the men to physically hurt her. Luisa has the WORST luck.

My favorite was the money he spent on "smile maintenance". As Rogelio said, money well spent! I wonder if he goes to the same guy in Amy Schumer's skit?

I would have had more respect for Rafael is he HAD gone to the police himself, because that would have shown that he was a) honest and b)willing to lose Jane, because he put Mateo first no matter what. Instead, he paid someone to tell the police and lied about it for 6 months.

I think he only said that b/c Jane accused him of paying the guy to lie and Raf corrected her and said he had paid the guy to tell the truth. Jane did let him finish - he was just making excuses about "fighting for his family" when Jane told him to let her leave. I could see there being more to the story though.

He keeps saying to Jane "Mateo got kidnapped b/c of Michael freeing Nadine. You couldn't see that"
though, which is just not accurate. Mateo got kidnapped b/c of the pendant. I can 100% understand why Raf would want Nadine behind bar and be upset for Michael letting her go, but it's ridiculous for Raf to use Mateo's

Right, that's what I'm saying - but Raf claimed that Mateo was kidnapped b/c of Michael letting Nadine go

Petra was so cute and nervous when asking Jane out! I'm totally shipping a Jetra friendship. And, Petra, couldn't you have thought of literally anything else than "I don't want to be your friend" to distract Jane!
