Wait what?
Wait what?
Yeah, fair enough, but I'm not sure what else is the end goal? If you're going to point out to someone how you disapprove of their dating choices, how are you not trying to change who they date, even if it's in a soft influential way and not a demanding way? What's the point of saying it otherwise?
Eh, i disagree. I don't necessarily think it's right, but i can't fathom telling anyone who they should want to date / fuck / marry. As far as I'm concerned, people can be as picky or as discriminatory as they want to be when it comes to romantic relationships. If they only want asian women or green eyed girls or…
And it breaks down further since you can be light skinned and still belong to a minority ethnicity.
Eh, i don't think there's anything wrong with wanting to date your own race, especially if you're a minority with a strong cultural background.
That I'm not good at. Stupid birds.
"Breadcrumbing" sounds stupid. That just sounds like someone who likes you enough as a friend to text on occasion or stay in touch via social media, but not anymore than that. I am a master breadcrumber according to that dumb article.
That almost lives up to the delicious annoyance she served up when she claimed to be obsessed with Mozart's use of semitones while she was still in the womb or whatever.
Yeah, i came hoping to be annoyed and am now leaving disappointed. Maybe next time they should interview Regine.
For me, i guess it means looking at everything in the worst possible way by default and separating people into "good" and "bad" categories using this shallow information.
I'm not part of his userbase though. He makes no money from me, so it ultimately does not really matter what i think.
Fair enough, I'm not saying anyone has to like him, but i wonder if the people calling him a racist even know what they're talking about. If anything, waving around a $5 bill to get people from poor countries to say shocking things is more mean spirited towards poor people than it is a racist proclamation, at…
That Ethan guy cracks me up
Eh, i think what he did was a prank to see how far people were willing to go to make an easy buck rather than anything born out of his own personal prejudices. I feel like he is someone unfairly maligned by "pc culture" which people claim doesn't exist or only keeps racists from using slurs.
Counterpoint: it's donut.
I just had to scroll all the way through the most inane conversation ever. I'm the real victim here.
Eh, I've worked in bookstores. No one cares so long as you're not being a weirdo. People without children with them come in looking for kids books all the time.
For me it was just the past few, and it may have a lot to do with my recent moods and Game of Thrones starting up (I'm waiting until TP is over to unsubscribe from Showtime and resubscribe to HBO) and making me less patient.
I actually just got a torrent of it (I'm going out of town in a few hours and won't have wifi) so hopefully I'll watch it over the next few days, assuming the torrent is watchable.
I haven't seen Birdman but that sounds interesting, maybe I'll finally get round to watching it if it deals with these things.
