Night Court was far from mediocrity in my opinion…John Larouquette as Dan Fielding is probably in my top 10 tv characters of all time. The show was braver (and darker) than alot of the other NBC material of the time (Cheers, Family Ties, Cosby).

But what about the Chief from "Gimme A Break?" Not that I necessarily want to remember that show, but his death was the first I remember ever being addressed on a TV show. Joey Lawrence's reaction was probably the peak of his acting ability…

The scene where the Principal is talking to the janitor about how "the kids changed, I didnt", not only is the acting in that scene brilliant, but I think its supposed to reinforce an adult's perspective on those characters. TBC is brilliant imo…

Her dad was Western actor Geoffrey Lewis, best known for being Clint's sidekick in Any Which Way But Loose/ You Can…

Is it all possible that Britta Phillips could play Synergy? That would at least put nostalgic hipster butts in seats…

"I guess she's just gifted or something…Guitar Goddess!!"

I can't be the only one who wished he was asked about "Young Guns". Would have loved to have heard stories about interacting with Terence Stamp or Jack Palance. Or shenanigans with the Sheens…

"The worst toy ever"'s what they call it…

It's not just the "looks cool" factor though.
Grand Moff Tarkin only gets a couple of lines in comparison to Vader and Palpatine, and in those couple of lines proves himself far more badass than those other two crusty old white men.

Persis Khambatta would have been ideal for a love interest in that movie…

5: E verybody forgets them, but THX and Grafitti are both great movies!

In the same interview, he was asked if he played any guitar on his latest CD (Ringleader I think): "I would never stoop so low as to be an actual musician!" Again, he's a pretty funny guy…

When asked if he would ever reunite The Smiths for Coachella: "I'd rather eat my own "cock" than reform my old band." Considering his views on meat eating, that's a pretty hilarious statement.

Does anyone else remember the frat episode of "Undeclared"? I'm hoping Zac Efron comes off as well as Samm Levine's underling in that ep. That was brilliant.

But the TBWTAS is their third record…?

Yeah, but he was bigger than he is now in Rudy (which he made before Swingers.)

Also, "Suburban Kids with Biblical Names"….which is a great little pop group with one of my favorite all time band names.

I bought that record after hearing his song on the soundtrack….

So does "Happy Meal II".

Also Ebba Forsberg, who I had a massive crush on in the late 90's…
