You should be done with Buffy by now. Just got the entire season recently. Plan to watch from the beginning "once more with feeling". Oops, another reason I won't be getting to Lost for a while.

Every time there's a Lost reference in fandom, I feel I should catch up. Then I read the Wikipedia article that informs me it's 6 seasons of 121 episodes and I go "nah".
