Excellent. More time for him to suck his own dick.

It's a children's book series that is super violent and nobody realizes, because it's about cute talking animals.

    It's a Chameleon Redwall cosplayer.

There's actually a lot of homages to his artwork in the theme song, which I find really cool. I haven't watch the show yet, only seen the clips from earlier in the year, but I remember them beating the drum hard about emulating his art style.

I know a big thing with the new DuckTales show is to imitate as much of Carl Barks as possible. Barks was a self learned cartoonist, so that's probably where the imperfection comes from in the new show.

Here's some fun quotes for whenever talk of more statues being taken down occur.

    Jesse McLaren‏ @McJesse

There we go, much better. I learned that New Gods, specifically Darkseid, is basically an allegory for Hitler too, which makes me REALLY want to read that.

I couldn't decide if I wanted a picture or a quote, so here's a quote that's apparently going to be relevant for the next one hundred years.

Considering his life though, it's not that unbelievable. He had like the Anti fascist version of a Bat signal.

I just realized this was a different guy. Jack Kirbys are apparently bad ass. Is it just the name you give a future badass?

This year marks Jack Kirby's 100th birthday. Considering what's been going on for a while, let's talk about him.

    Everybody steals my ideas.

I've had this thought for a while. But I want to run a slightly off version of Wheel of Fortune. All the words are one letter off of the real answer, so nobody ever wins.

Omega Men to Vision to Batman to Mister Miracle is like the most 80s progression of comic books assignments and I love it.

Comic books are fun sometimes. Quicksilver was fantastically racist towards Vision for marrying his sister. A fellow Avenger, Moondragon, eventually got tired of listening to his racism, so she removed the robot racism from his mind and left the room.

I read every issue like three times. The Scarlet Witch issue was my absolute favorite one.

I have an unused facebook profile called First Delast that still is up, but I forgot the password and email.
