I rarely wander over here into the music section, but all fans of every section seem to always feel there's a downward trajectory. I've been here for years and I think the site has held remarkably steady.
It's hard to have sympathy for someone in his line of work, but clearly he had [mental] health problems, which is sad.
I get that. (I'm a historian.) But the fact that it continued to limp along as a non-entity for so long is exactly why I'd have guessed its last emperor died a few decades later on.
