Ep 3 is just epically good, so good that I want it to be incorporated into 8th Grade English syllabi alongside Fahrenheit 451 and Brave New World.

I'm pretty sure that's the reason she was named Rachel. For that very joke.
No mocking from me. Josh Schwartz knows his Thanksgiving episodes. The OC's first season "Summer v. Anna" was also excellent
Family Ties! "No Nukes is Good Nukes". Let's all be thankful for Michael J. Fox
I'm not sure why you're so hung up on those Alphas. You're a furniture salesman, Dean Strickland.
Also, I finally marathoned all of London Irish, which was better than I had been led to believe. @disqus_BbUHpHmuul:disqus, as a Hibernian yourself—thoughts?
Ugh, yes, S2 of Bad Education was near-dreck. I'm nearly convinced now that Jack Whitehall should be limited to playing JP and bi-annual guest spots on quiz shows.
I thought this series of Some Girls was excellent. They're such delightfully cartoonish characters.
You may be right—I think it was the house in the Batman movies (http://www.preservela.com/a…
It burned down… but it was indeed in Pasadena.
No, you're right, terrible was the wrong choice of word—selfish would be more appropriate. Though I think what reads as "selfish" also is just a lack of coherent characterization, e.g. Taking a coworker to a tea party cafe.
The problem with her terrible-ness, in my view, is that it feels neither true nor earned. She's not terrible because the world is terrible and full of terrible people, she's terrible in spite of the sometimes dopey but almost always kind, thoughtful people around her. The contrast isn't favorable.
Thanks, Todd, it's been fun. And hey, you're right, not everyone can roll their tongue, so kudos on your genetic win.
To be fair: Mindy has not displayed the complex moralizing that Walter White did. She's not as developed a character.
The real issue is the lack of chemistry between Samberg and Fumero. Honestly, no spark at all.
Guys, are we downvoting? Tell me we're not downvoting, even for something like this. Old Disqus is dead, long live Old Disqus!
Taxi….dermist!
The new Esquire channel is replaying all of Party Down, two eps a time. I will never make the mistake of deleting them from my DVR again.
Are you telling me this:
In the first couple seasons, Pete was probably my favorite (boosted, of course, by my crush on Mark Duplass). But now he's just a smug jerk. Maybe he needs to have an A-story to carry to help me like him again. His B-stories are always just about screwing people over with the least amount of effort.
