"Though drop-dead beautiful, Jessica Chastain (40) has the appearance of someone whose confidence has been shaken. She is a raw, sexual force, impeded."

Nope, she pretty much *is* Chelsea Peretti.

He worked well. Not the world's greatest actor but possessed of a world-weariness that really suited the character.

I don't actually get this essay, why is this author comparing Hitchcock and Von Trier? What's going on here?

Well in that case it's not weird at all.

    Jeffrey Dean Morgan is Negan.

Also his son ended up being Max Landis. Coincidence??

Perhaps he was being extremely literal. "Only I, Nicholas Sparks, have written a novel called Safe Haven about a woman who befriends the spooky spooky ghost of her new boyfriend's dead wife."

I'd say almost every one of the Coens' films gets better upon rewatch. It even took me 3 viewings to realise what an absolute masterpiece Big Lebowski is.

"Silly man, I AM A BARON!"

I loved the shit out of Revival, but it does seem like one of his less filmable books. It's basically 95% lead up with a sick punchline.

As long as they don't bleep out "bitch".

I find it just delightful that Mac is most repulsed by Dee when he's the one who's married to her. They must have a sweet-ass marriage.

Also, you spelled, "favorite" and "humor" wrong.

"… so basically this is more of an Our Favourite American Humour list than anything else"

Oh don't worry, there'll be plenty of people complaining about how it's not nearly as good as Jose Chung.

    Ghostbusters 2 says yes.

The directors (they go by the name Daniels, if you haven't checked out their music videos and short films I seriously recommend that you do) are 2 of the most genuinely talented guys working in film at the moment. I also get the impression that they'd consider the walkouts a badge of honour.

I'm sure they noticed the similarity too. I mean, "Roach" and "Cricket".

So *you're* the reason they closed down!
