It's been a few years since I last visited Mexico, but I recall that the kids seemed better behaved than most American kids.
I remember visiting the National Museum of Anthroplogy in Mexico City on a Sunday afternoon. Lots of families with small children - no screaming or running.
Sort of like my parents' motto…
