My watchlist was pretty full for the season, but just felt like giving this a go. Totally unplanned, but I really enjoyed this. Cool concept, well-etched out characters, & smooth performances. Looking forward to more.
Though I haven't seen The Machine (in my watchlist), the logline sounds good (and it reminds of 'THIS FUCKING SHOW'). Expanding on the film is good, long as it's done right. Since they got the guys who originally did it, hope it goes through.
