It was apparently a burrito. Amy did mention that Tex-Mex is her favorite cuisine. Least we have something in common… :)

The streak of Damages alums continue, with Zachary Booth (who played Patty Hewes' son Michael) as the number of the week. Dude made a fine impression.
Don't worry about it. :)
Fair point. There's so little we know about her. Can't rush into any kind of conclusion. But my original statement was intended to be joke, nothing else. Not a very good one, apparently. :)
Glad I wasn't the only one who caught the Memento connotations :)
Okay, maybe not hardest, but probably the one that pisses her off the most.
And setting it in 2008, where Carter would indeed be in her rookie year as detective. Wonderful call-back.
Of all the disguises she pulls, pretending to be straight's gotta be the hardest.
Bridal gown & RUNNING SHOES. A combination befitting TV's most experimented character.
It reminds me a lot of Jack in the Sixth Street Viaduct Bridge in the opener of "Through the Looking Glass".
"Wait, What? Which was?"
Like many people, I was very apprehensive about this episode once the news of its storyline came out. Not just for the fact it'd stall the momentum of the serialized arc, but also because the potential melodramatic tone would be a bit heavy-handed, given the nature of Reese's character.
Being a POI fan, that NSA joke about bribing cops made me laugh real hard.
I loved this premiere. Did an effective job in setting the tone. The minimal lighting is particularly awesome.
That was the point.

I think this A, is similar to the A's given to eps like Mors Praematura, /, & Prophets, where number of the week cases nicely tie-in with the show's mythology.
It could still be the closing track of the episode.
The red glowing thing in his eyes was the reflection of the "Target Eliminated" sign on Samaritan's screen. He wanted to look it in the eye, and he got his wish. Rule of symbolism.
And there's the fact that he recently did a pilot for ABC, called "The Adversaries". No word on whether it'll be picked up or not, though.
I'm kinda pegging Terry O'Quinn to be the President in-universe, so that he can Samari-kid can dish it out.
