I really don’t understand why a lot of people can’t see the flaws in this movie. It isn’t the worst movie ever made, but there are obvious flaws completely unrelated to any viewer’s attachment to the subject matter.

I didn’t hate it, but I didn’t think it was great either. It was mediocre in most respects other than special effects and cinematography.

Sorry, but I don’t recall. Honestly, I don’t even recall which lender I was using for my own purchase that failed due to contingency. It was quite a few years ago. I know the buyer’s loan was FHA, and that could have had something to do with it.

I just hit 15 years on my original WRX. I should sell it (I rarely drive it as I have a 2016), but I haven’t been able to pull the trigger.

Sorry, if I wasn’t clear enough. Yes, the underwriters use the entire HOA’s financials in the calculations they make to decide to approve the loan. One of the rules involved is the percentage of all dues in arrears. They also will decline a loan if the HOA’s reserve is too low, but that usually isn’t as volatile a

I actually wrote about these development requirements in my comment. I am familiar with most workings of HOAs. No positive stories will ever convince me to do anything other than possibly taking over a dormant HOA and dissolving it permanently (successfully completed in an area of McMinneville, OR some years ago). I

That is what city ordinances are for. Most HOAs in “affordable” developments are there due to deals the developers had to make with the city in order to build the homes. The HOA is a crutch used by municipalities to avoid paying for upkeep on roads and being responsible for standards that usually fall under the city’s

Is it “sub”-text when it is wrapped around a sledgehammer being used to bludgeon the viewer to death?

I thought Wonder Woman was terrible, and it had nothing to do with the message. I’d rather have watched an episode of the also terrible old show than that movie.

I gave it a C+. The new movies aren’t truly terrible, but they aren’t anything to write home about in terms of film. I think Rogue One has been the best so far, but I wouldn’t call it a great film. They are worth watching, but I don’t feel drawn to revisit them.

Nothing I said implied blind trust of anything, and any car can break down. You use what information you have, and a company’s history of reliability is not irrelevant to purchasing a new vehicle.

I’ve had to push cars out of traffic too many times to ever consider reliability overrated.

I’m reading calmly along until I see “$1000 Tabernacle”. Really? So I have to go look up what we considered trash back in the day: Natural Selection. $50 for Unlimited! I need to go dig through a closet. There’s apparently gold in them there dusty boxes.

I don’t get why anyone cares about aesthetics, but I also don’t understand why anyone goes to a meet. That isn’t to say I can’t or don’t admire a nice looking car, but I’ve never cared about what other people thought of my car. I only care that it goes like I want it to.

I love to recommend Man Bites Dog while simultaneously warning people that they may be extremely disgusted by the uncut version if they happen to run across it. I know the Blockbuster copy I saw in 2003 was missing the extreme mutilation and rape scene I not-so-fondly recalled from the limited theatrical release.

I stopped Savage Dog about 1/3rd the way in. It seems pretty bad, even on the spectrum of Adkins.

Other than the period sets, I thought Wonder Woman was pretty bad. I think other two are good.

I ask this about every story concerning the personal lives of other people, celebrities or otherwise.

The head units are junk, but the HK speaker package is good. I can’t vouch for the newest head units, but my 03 and 16 head units were sub-optimal. I’m interested in how well the newest units work now that they support Apple Car Play and Android Auto, but I haven’t had a chance to see them yet.
