    Since you already have a gaming PC, emulation could be an option. It would at least allow you to get rid of the PS2, Gamecube, and Dreamcast. Plus, it open up a world of other console options.

    I thought the rice from the IP was perfect. I used a 1:1 water to rice ratio and made sure to rinse the rice well before putting it in the pot. It came out great. Reminded me of rice from my local Chinese takeout place, which is always stellar.

    Thanks for the tips. Zen Box Izakaya was on my radar and Ramen Station would be a good fit as I live in NW WI. I will definitely check out one of the two next time I am down that way.
