Good call. Get one custom made... they are great to work with and look amazing in person :)
I think you're onto something here!
Yeah, the Singer 911s definitely should be high up on the list. Good call.
While very attractive, they are far from the 'prettiest'. The saloon car shape is hard to make look that good, especially when there's tons of sleek fastbacks and hatchbacks in this thread.
It makes a lot of noise, but I've never heard one that sounded even remotely 'great'... or 'good'
If I didn't have a Lotus I would definitely buy one. Not just saying I would, I would genuinely be a customer. But I have a Lotus, so I can't possibly buy another impractical, tiny, uncomfortable, (most likely) poorly built, exotic car.
The new Camaro is a pretty impressive transition.
Not all of us skydivers are like that, and neither are the pilots. You have bad apples in every bunch.
Thanks!
Do you have a higher res? Other than the wheels that could pass for mine... would be fun to mess with friends by sending them this shot
As you should. I'd rather the internet be ruthless and never allow people to lie/misspeak than the opposite.
Just because a car takes more maintenance or work doesn't mean it is a more involving drive. Maybe that's a bad word. I don't think I'll ever own a car that so harmoniously becomes an extension of me while driving.
You do realize that the Boxster and Elise are direct competitors, right? As for the two cars - driving a Boxster after getting my Elise made the P-car feel like a Miata with a nicer interior. I couldn't believe how boring it was in comparison. The only problem now is that I'll have to keep the Lotus forever - nothing…
There's a reason there are a lot of Lotus fans out there. Their cars are amazing, and despite being a disaster some times, they really do know what they're doing.
That's a wonderful answer. I was thinking 30's open top Bentley, because a Bentley should be taken on a road trip, but not one that is heinously unreliable, inefficient, difficult to drive, and attracts attention.
We have a winner! The F40 is probably the best supercar ever made, but the F-50 is my favorite Ferrari. It's a mad car, absolutely too hardcore for most people, and as pure an interpretation of an F1 car for the road that Ferrari has ever attempted.
Anyone getting a Lotus, definitely supercharge the car! I cannot stress this enough. The Vision Function stage 2 kit I have offers tons of power, and doesn't change the character of the car at all - it's still a rev happy maniac. It's perfect now!
Haha I really like how you create an either-or question with all of your biases built in. You obviously have no interest in balance, so I'll answer the question you would have asked if you weren't trying so hard to prove yourself right: Yes. I prefer the modern C7 Corvette design over the C5. The C7 was styled partly…
