Are there other commonly used sports phrases that always elicit a chuckle for you?

If you shower for so long that it makes you tired you should put a chair in there or something.

Speaking of seasons that can kill you:

People forget that pretty much the entire cast of the first movie was great. I think if it was just a movie with Johhny Depp being goofy, it wouldn’t have worked at all (I guess most of this list is testament to that).

That and it was a movie about people getting to do what they loved, even if their end product was terrible (OTOH, I’d rather watch Plan 9 than whatever YA dystopian novel turned movie trilogy is coming out next week)

This is one of my favorite movies of all time.

Kind of like Tim Burton — when he only did his thing once, it was great. When it became “his thing,” it got super tiresome.

What creative and artistic satisfaction could he possibly getting out of this?

I feel like we need to raise whatever amount of money we need to so that we can make both Johnny Depp and Tim Burton go away forever.

It’s pretty obvius they were trying to go for another Pirates franchise with Lone Ranger, down to troweling makeup on Depp.

Osgood getting vaporized was the highlight of that season.

Hey, she killed what’s her name — ol’Scarfy. That will always get a thumbs up from me.

I like the character more than ever, I just hate the stories.
