My sister lives in a town that is so far to the left that it is illegal for supermarkets to give out plastic bags (and you have to pay for paper if you don’t have a reusable). This is what JetBlue does. Unfortunately, they have stopped giving a free checked bag, so everyone carries on as much crap as possible, so if you have a seat that is about 10 or lower, you end up having to gate-check your bag through no fault of your own.
