Pointing out that it hasn’t changed doesn’t mean apathy. It means recognizing that things are just more visibly shit to everyone else even though it hasn’t actually gotten much worse. But that doesn’t make those of us who have always known fight any less.

Yeah Siri isn’t that. Siri can pull up apps to do all that (reminders, calendars, calculations, texts) and will set them, but won’t remind me itself. The specific app, like for a reminder, will do it. I think now Siri will read new texts but I’m not sure. Haven’t tried.

I don’t think people really use Siri. I don’t unless I’m driving or feeling quirky. Occasionally I use Siri to play music if one specific song is stuck in my head.

For some reason when teens and younger adults say we don’t care for people or we like being alone, older adults flip out.
