Doctors lose their licence for sleeping with their patient, not a patient of another doctor in the same building. I don’t even think it extends to another doctor in the same practice.

There’s probably an app, but it’d be nice if we could add words to Chrome’s dictionary. As you suggest, a lot of the time when I Google a spelling, it’s because Chrome marked the correct spelling wrong. When checking a spelling, I’m not likely to click on a Google ad, so there’s no profit in not letting their…
Okay, I’ve always seen it as a shrug, sort of a “I don’t know” or “whatever”, but that Awl post is something else. I guess maybe the keyboard representation started from Kanye, but when he brings that others had done a similar gesture, I don’t know what to say.
I’ve watched that Daily Motion bootleg twice and I’m not seeing him give River a screwdriver. Maybe there’s something missing from that version because several people are saying that it happened, but I’m just not seeing it in the clip.
Putting the ad 250 meters from a police station adds to the drama for a viral ad.
I’ve never seen an actual study, but my anecdotal analysis says that most people probably learn about alternating fever reducers from their pediatrician. I know that’s how I learned to do it, as have others to whom I’ve spoken, so there’s no reason to feel ashamed.
I’m not sure why you were pleasantly surprised. Seneca Falls is the site of the Women’s Rights National Historic Park and in addition to their being a very good Museum and Visitor Center, a couple of the activist’s homes are protected landmarks, open for tours.
I believe that used to put out soda water, back when you had to fill the ice portion of the machine. I guess it makes sense it has changed, I just wasn’t aware. You learn something new every day.
Once upon a time I owned a restaurant that had a fountain drink machine and back in college, thirty years ago, I managed a convenient store that had fountain drinks. Neither of those machine had a secret nozzle that dispensed non-carbonated water — it seems like on one of the machines, if you triggered one of the…
I’m not sure where you’re located, but in the US the only option for free water from a business would be the restroom sink, if they offer public restrooms. That water would come from wherever that business gets their bathroom sink water, which could be the well out by the leaky fuel tank.
I’m only on about my third year of nicotine gum addiction. Let me know how it goes.
I think it’s more like 70-75%.
While I agree with the sentiment and Nestle shouldn’t be exporting water from California, but what may be true for most people isn’t actually true for all.
I’ve tried Googling every which way, but it’s hard because it appears Tammy got a lot of bad reviews and many of them mention her husband. The best I can tell, unless their site isn’t archived by Google, it appears the critic must have used a word other than “homely”. I’ve tried a couple of variations, but now I’ve…
The first half-dozen or so episodes of The 100 had at least one shot of a female character’s shirt coming off from the back and most of them were prior to sex. The show did grow from that very CW start. CBS needs some of those young viewers and CWing in the beginning could be a way to get them to watch.
Maybe Simmons got gobbled-up by a transportation device, but when I saw it, I thought of how she had softened from her stance that all powered people must be contained. Her getting powers from alien tech would be a TV-natural progression of that storyline.
Yeah. There was nothing suspicious about that woman sitting in the back, by herself.
Looking at it again. Maybe she’s the one with pink hair? IDK
I’m way outside of the demographic for this film and the series, so I really only know what’s been conveyed in the post and the comments.
I never saw the point in it and I don’t know how this poll is conducted, but as a Gen-Xer, I remember a lot of people talking about how they lied on different surveys because they were worried the school or someone were spying on them. Hell, even the linked Time piece suggests we lie about the number of partners to…
