Man I'm sorry to hear about what you are going through. The pot is the best thing to use when conpared with big pharma opiods though.  Have you thought about giving kratom a try?  Not as powerful as potent weed but worth a look into. 

I had this too.  I had no idea what was going on, the water bill was out of control, they were doing imaging of my stomach to no avail.  I ended up diagnosing it myself.

I’ve heard that it may be caused by the neem oil that a lot of growers use as a pesticide. I don’t think it’s been proven, but a grower accidentally doused himself in neem oil and began to suffer the same set of symptoms.

Could be worth looking into if you are able to grow your own or get to know a grower?
