Damn, that music from Red Hot Child Pornography is sick!

All-white tuxedos are genuinely awful. But definitely not Klan-evocative.

He looks like Gary Busey’s face was donated to him for a transplant that only sort of took.

You’ve never heard of Jude Lawson? He's a well regarded British actor.  Been in a zillion movies, like Gattaca, alongside Ethan Hawkeson and Uma Thurmanson. Or Talented Mr. Ripley, with Matt Damonson.

Considering Mysterio’s schtick, how can make any assumptions?

For all we know, the Elementals we’re seeing here are not the ones we know from comics but could be made-up menaces to have Mysterio claim to be saving folks, manufacturing a crisis that his (other set of special effects) tech gets used to “save” the day

Ruffalo definitely spoiled it, that’s why the Hulk wouldn’t come fight

It’s worth noting that Marvel movies generally don’t follow the comic story lines all that closely. I wouldn’t call the comic books spoilers because they’re not even the same story.

I agree but I don't even think that was the angle of him saying it. I think it was just flippantly saying "rocks fall, everyone dies" to wind people up

I hear that, but I know a ton of people who have no interest in comics but love the movies, so just because the ending exists in some form doesn’t mean people are out there searching for it.

it’s not just you. I had to go to Twitter to find it.

I read somewhere that, the way Japanese is structured grammatically, Name: Adjective Noun is technically more correct than Adjective Noun Name. So, Sakura: Cardcaptor and Gundam: Mobile Warrior and whatnot. But it does feel really weird since we’re not used to it.

Oh, and the fact that america needed to change the title and her name doesn’t bother you ?

eh, the rumor/speculation I heard was that all of the movies Cameron is involved with start with either an “A” or a “T”, so this was a way to fit this movie into the pattern while still retaining similarity to the English title

I like this person

The root problem isn’t the balloon, it’s the helium. A runaway balloon filled with respiratory by-products (y’know...blowing it up) is only at the mercy of the wind and can be retrieved.

Sometimes a tornado hits an outhouse.

I didn’t hate it, but I didn’t dig it at first - Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It’s got so many systems and the combat is difficult to figure out at first, but it’s really intense and gets great once you start working on performing combos etc. 40 hours in, I thought the game was fine and played it while watching Netflix. 80

Hey, you’re cheating! This isn’t the question! :-P

PUBG for me.  The interface was really counter-intuitive when it launched on Xbox.  That alone turned me off.  After finally figuring it out, the intensity of the solo battles is what really hooked me.

He already sees himself as Uber, so that would be a nice ironical counterpoint.
