Maybe that was a bad example. I sometimes have cheez whiz on burgers when I’m out of Kraft singles and can’t step out to the store. So it might be able to work on a fajita.

That’s weird. Every Mexi-restaurant I have been too serves cheese(shredded) on/with their menu items as a default. And if you’re say, lactose intolerant, you specify no cheese.
