Plus, it was a MOPAR.

I enjoy cars for their objective performance. There are some other elements that go into it, but objective performance and how it translates to the driving experience (acceleration, grip, steering feel, etc.) is the biggest factor for me. Yes, I know steering feel is subjective... lol

I feel like those kind of interactions are sometimes fun. I’ve had them with a few cars in the past (including when I had my 03 Cobra and my 63 Riviera).

I agree. The prices are kind of outrageous when you ignore the nostalgia factor and begin to look at cars from a completely objective standpoint.

Have you driven a 981 Cayman S?

This. The car has far less presence today than it did in 1995. Now it’s just another 90's car with pop-up lights to most people.

In all fairness, they don’t look all that special by today’s standards.

I would get really sporadic people talking to me when I had my S13.

It would drive me crazy to own a car that drew so much attention.

Your silly nonsensical clickbait header turned my stomach inside out.

I thought you were a lawyer....

I get the feeling that he was going too fast for the area and likely faster than what he was written up for, but the cop decided to give him a break and write the ticket for the smallest possible penalty.

They start around 53 and most are optioned well above that, but yeah, essentially.

Hahahaha. What a joke. Hey, you can rent my $30K car for that price too!

The KA isn’t nearly as nice as the SR or CA, but it’s also not as bad as people make it out to be.

I disagree. The general rule of thumb is the “2 second rule.” At 70 mph, that means a distance of 205 feet should be maintained between you and the car in front of you. Most every new car can accomplish a stop from 70 mph in under 200 feet. Even a 3 ton escalade only requires 202 feet to stop from 70 mph.

I was going to disagree with you, but then I did some maths and realized you’re spot on!

Modifying a 3000 GT yields decent gains, but it takes a masochist. Super tight engine bay, which makes it a complete PITA to work on the car.

I’ve driven all 4 and I think he’s pretty spot on.

You’re right and everyone else is wrong!
