The moment an Elise gets dinged in any fashion, it is a salvage title deal from what Ive read. The front and rear clams are complete packages and somewhat expensive. The moment there is damage to one, the car is done for.

You are correct. My mistake.

The exhaust and intake manifolds bolt onto the head, so yes.

Stopped reading after your first paragraph.

You would be better off using a run of the mill 335i, Q50, G37, S4, insert 300+ hp sedan here...

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. Mr. Regular does not know much about cars and he is not very good at doing simple research.

If the idea of a 2+2 grand touring with 400hp and over 300 lbft of torque (350) from a TT V6 sounds appealing, then just buy the new Q60. Congrats. All of your car problems are solved.

I really don’t understand why someone would spend that much on a 991.

I’m still a little bummed that Nissan didn’t design an all new turbo 4 and instead resorted to borrowing one from Mercedes.

No thanks.
