While I am not a fan of the front, the rear is a bigger mess as they tried to force the Camaro/C7 taillight treatment where it didn’t below. The biggest problem is that the front and rear are different messes.

Greatest city in the world!

Especially driving 850 years before cars were invented.

Years ago I worked at a hot rolling mill. I had my camera with me because they were testing new equipment. It didn’t go as planned, the steel bar did a run out.

Marfa is at the top of my list to see. If I can get the wife to cover the kids for a week or so, I would road trip out there. I have a soft spot for Donald Judd, and Dan Flavin is one of my all time favorites. Thanks for the photos.

I have long been a huge fan of Chamberlain. If you ever want a solid fix of his work my favorites are reliably on display at DIA Bekin outside of New York City.

Yeah, there’s no contest.

The Audi V8 had the misfortune of going up against Mercedes before they decided their cars were “needlessly overengineered”. How many despots would pick this over a W126 560SEL, or W140 S600L? And then the crooked investment banker who drove himself would have had the Porsche-built 500E.

Don’t forget about Cole Trickle. He doesn’t know anything about cars.

If your Sony car dies, does that make it a Walkman?

Fine. Two reasons to visit.

Couldn’t Porsche just install a larger turbo to increase the range?

This is when I became a fan:

Fun fact, Ralph Gilles owns one of these too!

My parents bought a ‘56 190SL as their ‘fun’ car. With the slew of Beetles and station wagons we had in the early to middle 70's, the baby Benz was a cool little car. At least my 7 yo self thought so. My little brother would sit on the parcel shelf in the back. No seatbelt laws in those days.

Must have been nice. All my versions of footloose have Casey Kasem talking over the first and last parts. Come on. I waited with my finger on pause for an hour, man!

Shame because Pagodas in Europe had back seats.

My dad had one of these bad boys, with basically a plywood board as a back seat and I’m pretty sure there were no seatbelts in there either. Safety!

Officially the first time I’ve ever heard of someone buying a prelude for the extra space.

Having kids is also a WANT not a NEED situation. Did you adopt them or did you make them new for the world that was certainly already over populated when they were born into it?
