In California with some hybrid and electric cars you get a sticker that allows you to drive in the carpool lane. Often these people are driving with one person in their car going under the speed limit in what should be the fastest lane and you can’t pass them because you’re stuck in the carpool lane or the other lane…

I have no real solution for this and live pretty far south but maybe the answer is in changing the times that things are done, like schools and businesses locally instead of changing time?
