That analogy doesn’t work. Buying from a Butcher versus doing it yourself requires the space, tools, and skill to butcher your own animals. You can go hunting or buy chunks of a cow from a local farm if you have the ability to do it.

Well if your changing the price per buyer because of their gender, age, or color of their skin...then yes. Or if your adding useless “additions” to the contract that do not increase the value of the home or add functionality except to add costs to the buyer...the yes.
