What does reality TV have to do with this fiction romcom movie?

Is it Nick Fury? I bet it’s Nick Fury.

Spider-Town, Spider-Town

To be fair, it used to be the case (like, 60+ years ago) that big-name producers were associated with their movies (Selznick! Mayer! Et cetera!) but that hasn’t really been a thing for a long time.

Rich Asshat Asshat

Yeah, I dano.

“Here’s everything you need to remember”

Whoa! Huge slam on Emma Roberts out of nowhere!

They should just go full John Wick and have every single person in New York be a spider-person.

“Douchebagatha Christie” was right there

Nah, I have still seen some legit reviews here lately. Just not very many, and even the recaps usually aren’t quite this blatantly literal.

I wish this was a review and not just a recap.

Hey, “amorphous blob” is a shape.

That article is the reason I constantly make this joke!

I really liked the intro fight sequences, but the first act as a whole needed some breathing room between the action. There was an awful lot of “extended fight scene” followed immediately by rushing into something else. The individual scenes were fine, but after like 40 minutes I was really hoping for it to slow down

I heartily endorse this entertainment-shaped product.

We just got back from seeing it. It was fun! I actually wished it had been a few minutes longer; there were a couple of spots where they rushed from one thing to another and it could have used a breathing room. (By longer I mean by, like, two or three minutes.)

They should have attempted to confuse the prestige movie audience by calling it Marvels of the Flower Moon

Well, it was nice of them to give him another shot.

Good. Not everything needs to go on forever. In fact, almost no art needs to go on forever. Finish it and tell a new story.
