Yes, the Irony is delicious.

And do any of them grasp the irony that Parler is a French word?

That’s true. But I lean towards better performance, not lesser.

Don’t forget Aston Martin...

I would bet that a current V8 F150 gets better real world mileage than a current Tacoma. My 2015 4.0 V6 Tacoma gets terrible mileage and I bet the low torque 3.5 version is not much better.

You don’t say what year that was, but I imagine fitting one of these in a seat of a 350Z could have been problematic ;)

I’m always torn with these budget bikes.

Well, actually the Freestyle was the OG of that style.

I’m waiting for the perpetual motion machine.

They’re between a rock and a hard place. If they go whole hog on luxury, they’ll ruin the mystique of the unbreakable explorer. If they don’t, it won’t sell. But I’m guessing a refresh with $50K added to the price to put it up against the G-Wagen would be successful.

I came here for jokes about British electrics.

“....Cadillac wondering whether they got it right this time or not,”

It’s amazing the lengths a race series will go through to deter audiences.

I guess there’s nothing new under the sun. I’ve only seen the modern version of it - Finn Scooter.

Hey, that’s about 40% of the original MSRP.

CAKE.

Makes sense to tie the high frequency flashing to ABS, but G force sensors are in every device already, so I expect its easy to integrate that too.

As a city/commuter solution, this can work.

That flashing taillight is a brilliant feature and should be standard. It would be interesting to know the level of deceleration G’s that will activate a higher frequency flashing rate.

“Really, the slow off-and-on of an incandescent is a hindrance to the act of blinking; technically, the LED is a more precise “blinker,” at least in a technical sense.”
