I though for top speed runs with the Veyron, you were supposed to turn the key lock by the seat to keep the rear wing down. At least that is what Top Gear(RIP) told me. That rear wing didn't look all that down.

Speculation is that it is two different types of radar manipulating paint, possibly one to reflect and one to absorb. You will notice the lighter one is painted on surfaces with edges or curves, and the darker on the flat panels. These are the two different types of surfaces that radar interacts with, and the as such

Interesting how the caption states that VAQ-134 has EA-18 Growlers, but the icons are still for the EA-6B Prowlers. I guess that is because that squadren is in trasition at the time of this graphics creation

Looking at the pictures in the article, I speculate the the (poorly)hidden exhaust ports are for the wastegates on the twin turbo model Lambo will never do.

The title of this reveal is “The Missing Piece”. Missing piece is right, where the hell is Musk?

Just make sure it isn't a Maldonado tap. Those really ruin your lap pace.

I love the ST line, and have been rooting for Ford on the amazing things the company has been acheiving recently. But asking a paid Ford representitve to describe one of the companys products, and expecting anything but love letters out of him is just pointless. On the flip side, I suppose of all the people to ask to

I completely agree. And even though I really don't care for Hamilton, I have no issue with how he conducted himself during or after this race. This isn't a beauty pageant where you win based upon how much people like you. You race to win, and do what you have too, to accomplish that. Not sure why people are having

Normally I would agree, and I would really like to agree in this case(due to some misplaced notion about the integrity of the sport). Unfortunately the evidence indicates something different was afoot. Most telling was when halfway through the race, after everybody had shown their tire management hands and had swapped

If nothing else it’s a fine example of an oxymoron.

Not totally stock, but close. He threw on some Nitto NT555R drag radials. Which I'm sure helped put some of that obscene power down through only two wheels to the Tesla's four.

Every now and then you will see dark red lines scan across the screen real fast. These are not video artifacts. These are moments when the good Mr. Martin is about to break the plaid barrier and he has to back off. Ludicrous speed is nothing to these guys.

Rumor going around is that Red Bull is mulling over the idea of just such a move. Sell the teams and buy the whole sport. Not sure how that would play out though.

Unless I missed a statement to the contrary, and I may have. I don’t believe he was surprised. He mearly stated that the letter was not meant for the public. Which it wasn’t. It was a letter directed to his coworkers. Getting out to the public was a secondary concern.

I definitely fall into the category of a Hamilton hater. I just flat don't like the kid. But I must admit that I was very impressed with his composure and behavior up there. I was expecting something very different. I didn't think humility was in his bag of PR tricks. So I was pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong.

Almost makes the refrigerator scene from the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull believable..........Almost.

Is that Ferrari with or without the entire Scuderia garage bringing along a fully prepped and calibrated car, specifically tuned for whatever track we are talking about here?

Perhaps your right, I haven't played with a scooter in many years. The scooter that I had, possesed a centrifugal wet clutch, fully internal. Making it a pain to change the clutch face. Either way, everybody seems to understand the idea I was trying to convey.

Ha! Good catch. It looks like spelling won that round.

Based upon what I read, I think you have the right idea. The only thing I might also guess at is the hydraulic clutch is probably a lot like the wet clutch in scooters and the like. That means it could engage but with a high degree of slip.
