My problem with the slideshows is that it seems like to me like they’re trying to emulate Clickhole’s more absurdist brand of humor, and I prefer The Onion’s more traditionally straightforward, deadpan style.

Some people say video game adaptations are an inherently bad idea, but there’ve been quite a few good movies about video games. Before we’d ever had a movie based on a video game, we’d already had Tron, Wargames, and The Last Starfighter.
