From what I remember, Stewart and Colbert pretty much stopped making fun of Palin after a few years.

One reason I'm kinda surprised the show is still 90 minutes: it was created to fill a slot that had been filled by a rerun of The Tonight Show(Carson wanted to work one less night a week and wanted to stop rerunning the show on Saturday to avoid overexposure). which was 90 minutes at the time. That show was cut to 60…
"Pence is just a fucking prick."
Killam was actually on MADtv for one season. The only other person to be on both shows was Jeff Richards, who was only on MADtv for a few episodes before being on SNL for a few years.
The VP candidates are fucking boring compared to the ones from '08.
I'm surprised more people don't go with Saturday Night Evil. I mean, Evil is Live backwards, so…
Rush Limbaugh once said: "Why is it that whenever a corporation fires workers it is never speculated that the workers might have deserved it?"
Good stuff(I especially liked the "most meaningless graphic ever" bit), but I have to ask: Was there ever really a golden age of investigative journalism that's somehow been lost in the digital age?
I doubt that if the media had taken Trump seriously that it would've made much difference. How would the media rebutting his BS have actually convinced any Trump supporters?
I agree Carlin was funny, but I think his political stuff could be kinda smug.
"Dwight Schultz will always be Howling Mad Murdock"
"We call this one Cat Stevens because he has a beautiful voice and he recently converted to hardcore Islam"
I don't think it's correct to call Trump far-right, though, which makes it all the more baffling to me that he got the nomination.
It'll definitely make it safer for Bernie supporters to go "Told ya she's a Republican!"
Lohan was actually offered the role of Regina but declined fearing it would hurt her family-friendly image. Huh.
I'm no mental health expert either so my diagnosis could be total BS, but I do wonder if his constant bragging isn't a form of overcompensation, like he's trying to convince himself that he's that awesome as much as he's trying to convince us.
I actually kinda wonder if he secretly has low self-esteem. Why else would he need to constantly proclaim how awesome he is?
His ego is yooj but extremely fragile, so I don't think he'd take it well. That's why I was surprised he ran in the first place; I thought his ego couldn't take the possibility of losing, so he'd just do what he did last time and decide not to run but say he'd have won easily.
Is that 45% who actually like him, or 45% who prefer him to Hillary?
I wonder what percentage of Trump's vocabulary is just synonyms of "big."
