Well, beauty is her profession and she is rich, so she obviously has access to a top dermatologist, plastic surgeon, dietician, spas and beauticians, and the fanciest creams, serums, cleansers, microdermabrasions, laser treatments on the planet, and a regular make up artist, etc.

If you look at pics of her from The Hills compared to now, it looks like she had quite a bit of plastic surgery done.

She looks very different from her The Hills days - lots of work there (besides the teeth).
