If you look a little closer you’ll see that the supercharger is not driven of the ac, he just sourced a longer serpentine belt to wrap around the ac and up to the supercharger. The belt is still driving all the accessories, just longer.

I know I’ve said it before but it bears repeating, you don’t build a car to make money, you build it to enjoy. I’m well over $20k into my 79 E21 and its maybe worth $5k but it sure is fun to drive and I can say I built it.

Try the Newrockies bypass kit. Eliminated the entire thing on one of my GM work trucks.
