What? Curb has always used a handheld style. The pilot was supposed to be an actual documentary in the world of the show. Seinfeld was multi-camera.

Nobody would get “that mad” in real life about 99% of the things that have taken place over the course of the series. If that really bothers you, I have no idea how you made it through any of the seasons.

This ep stands up tall in the pantheon of great Curb eps imo; if Palestinian Chicken rates a fabled A+ then this goes mighty close. Extremely promising opening episode and one that forced me to pause more than once while I recovered my composure from laughing.

Goddamn, does it feel good to hear that iconic little theme again. Even after a six-year hiatus, it’s nice to know the world still loves to shit all over Larry David.
