If I have an hour or two in the morning, I’m partial to any sort of potatoes, veggies, bacon/sausage, cheese, and eggs scrambled together. Fried and runny is great for the eggs, too.
My mom makes a kugel that’s just egg noodles, butter, salt, and pepper baked in the oven for a while. The top comes out crispy and the rest kinda cakey, and can be cut into slightly loose slices.
