Well, I got nothing but contempt and derisive laughter for Sting, so we are at equilibrium.
Hasil Adkins is fucking great. There need be no irony when enjoying his stuff - it's just good, raw, weird rock n roll. I even like his 90's old man stuff - it's more mature but still unhinged and catchy.
Oh yeah, there's one I haven't seen in a really long time.
Hey, Glen Benton! Proud father of Satan-Spawn the Cacodaemon Benton.
Not a great year for horror in general, outside of From Dusk til Dawn, and arguably The Frighteners and Scream. Also the whole Dr. Moreau debacle…
Lockjaw is Nick Offerman in my mind.
Nick Kroll should play Karnak, obviously.
Well she probably didn't have a thigh gap…
More people probably care about Squirrel Girl than the Inhumans at this point. It's pretty rare to hear anyone express anything more positive than indifference to them, especially as an off brand X-men stand-in.
But this is the internet! Being a fan of anything gives you license to spew bile and false accusations about the creators of your beloved property, and anybody who doesn't share your contempt.
Well somebody already got "Heroes" and "Super".
That would be so, so great.
Yeah, but much, much longer.
Yep, more or less.
The best part of II is the severed zombie head with a southern accent going "Get that damn screwdriver outta mah head!"
Or Chopping Mall, which is mostly just a great title on a mediocre movie (with no chopping).
Reads more like a Stan Lee joint to me.
Looks like he's dressed as an Allman Bother to me.
I had to stop reading after the whole "immortal caveman" thing. It was just a little too ridiculous, which is saying a lot for a superhero book.
