The only thing I disagree with is iTunes. What a crappy piece of bloatware. It's really not necessary for ipods anymore, though for the average user it'll be easiest. Then again, a lot of the stuff on here isn't necessarily for Joe computer user because it doesn't "just work."

I find it very inspiring. I don't go quite as far as most of these desktops but I did it on my phone and I love it. I recently bought a new computer and it's nice having a clean desktop. I'm trying to keep it that way.

That's the key. Per weight or volume is the important bit. Sometimes you can find name brand stuff cheaper than the store brand that way. There are always a few items that aren't labeled that way, but most items are and it's really the piece of information you need.

It seems that there's not a great way to be able to share your collection with friends. It'd be neat if Google allowed two simultaneous listens of any single collection. Just have a single use link you could give out to anyone and it plays what you're listening to.

Try unmounting and remounting the SD card. I have to do that when I add new music, but it's quick and simple and works.

Pants first. Socks and no pants never looks good. Yes, this is a superficial reason, but it applies when dressing or undressing. The only time I don't bother is when I'm changing my pants immediately.
